A-listers turning to television isn't a concept we're unaware of. A-listers turning to television for something substantial, however, is a rare happening; besides Aamir Khan, of course.
Now, we will get to watch B-Town hunk Hrithik Roshan on the small screen, as he braces himself to host a show on Discovery channel called Real Heroes. The show's focus is on people who have overcome all odds to emerge victorious. The show will open with Hrithik narrating the story of wrestler Sangram Singh, who virtually dragged himself out of a wheelchair after a crippling accident to become an Olympic champion.
Hrithik connected to the concept of the show since he had a speech disability during childhood and growing-up years, which he overcame through intense voice exercises and willpower.
The show is scheduled to have nine episodes and is expected to go on air in September last week or October first week.
