Satyajit Chourasia aka Satya: Trainer with Barbarian Gym trains Hritik at his residence

 

Body type: Hritik has a different body with strong muscles and good muscle definition, which is rare. One can see the cuts on his body very clearly.

Workout routine: He's always enthusiastic about his workouts and devotes one to two hours every day. Half the month he follows a heavy workout where as the other fifteen days it's a light to medium workout with Super Settings, concentrating on biceps and triceps and Circuit Training routines alternately.

Diet: His diet includes very little carbohydrates at night. (One roti with liquids and egg whites or roasted meat/poultry). A good breakfast is very important which consists of four egg whites, cereal with a cup of skimmed milk and fruits (apple or papaya).
