Hrithik Roshan renews brand endorsement contract with Acer

Acer India on Tuesday announced the renewal of its contract with Bollywood icon Hrithik Roshan as its brand ambassador. The popular Bollywood star, better known for his smooth dance moves and suave on-screen performance had built a strong connect for brand Acer, the third largest PC brand globally. The endorsement of Hrithik Roshan as brand ambassador for India aims to create a platform where the brand is able to convey its brand attributes to a mass audience; attributes which it believes are a perfect match with those of the Bollywood icon’s persona.


"With Hrithik Roshan as our brand ambassador, our proposition of fresh technology, first to market strategies, enhanced product lines and our expanding distribution and retail reach, we are confident of heading in the right direction in India,” said Mr. W. S. Mukund, MD Acer India. "Hrithik stands for everything that is great about the youth of our country and we believe that the association is a perfect match between what we stand for as a brand and what he represents - youthfulness, highly trendy, tech savvy, friendly, adorable and aggressive", he added.

Expressing his enthusiasm about the continued association with Acer third year in a row, Mr. Hrithik Roshan said, "Representing Acer implies connecting with a brand that is a global Techno-leader and a favorite with today's youth.
