Known for his difficult moves and mesmerising dance style, Hrithik Roshan feels that veteran actor Shammi Kapoor is actually the god of dance.
'Shammi Kapoor is the best dancer, according to me, because he went beyond steps, his body just moved to music, so he had magic moments there,' Hrithik told reporters at an event here to announce his association with dance reality show 'Just Dance' to be aired on Star Plus.
Hrithik, who idolizes Micheal Jackson, also revealed what dance actually means to him.
'According to me, dance is an expression. When first time someone would have danced, he must have been happy or overwhelmed or emotionally charged...so for me the roots of dance is when someone would have done it for the first time...he must have had some kind of emotion inside that he wanted to express by his body.
'So dance for me is beyond steps,' said Hrithik.
