Actor is thinking of ways to propagate health education, says infrastructure for a concrete initiative will take time Hrithik Roshan wants to share what he has learnt about fitness over the years with the youth. “I am taking it upon myself, as my self-assigned responsibility, to educate the youth about the importance of good health,” says Hrithik. “There are a few plans in the pipeline. But I am thinking of ways to propagate this (health education) to the youth.” The Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011) actor, who has shed 10 kg since his last release, insists that “fitness should be adopted as a way of life”. “For instance, you don’t have to torture your taste buds or follow crazy diets to lose weight; these are all old school thoughts. I don’t stop myself from eating anything. I stay in shape because I am educated about fitness. Knowledge makes the process easy.” Does he plan to set up a health centre or gym chain in the future? “The concrete bit will take some time, in terms of the infrastructure. That’s why, right now, through magazines and newspapers, I am trying to do as much as I can,” he says.

After being in the “worst shape” around the shooting of Agneepath, the actor is now “feeling good” about his recovery. “I used whatever resources I had (to get back into shape). So I achieved my target,” says Hrithik, who is busy shooting for Krrish 3 with director-father Rakesh Roshan. Ask the actor if his female fans can expect him to take his shirt off in the film, and he smiles. “It’s embarrassing to talk about that,” he says. “My character, Krishna, as we have seen in the previous film, is not a flamboyant guy. He’s shy, and an introvert of sorts. He isn’t going to flaunt his body with an open-buttoned shirt. But I’ll see what I can do about it.” Meanwhile, the actor is believed to have received an offer from producer Sajid Nadiadwala for a film to be directed by Kabir Khan. “At the moment, I haven’t signed anything besides Krrish 3,” he says.
