Hrithik Roshan's eighth floor apartment in El Palazzo, the building where he currently resides, is under renovation. His parents — Rakesh and Pinky Roshan — occupy the 9th floor of the same building and they have a common entertainment area on the 10th floor, plus a gymnasium on the terrace. While his floor is being remodelled, the superstar has reportedly rented a place in Prime Beach, the building where Akshay Kumar occupies apartments on the ground, first, second and fourth floors. Hrithik denies moving out of his parents' home. Apparently, the move is a temporary one.
Says a source, "Hrithik will move into Akshay's building after a month. His new apartment is being done by Alan Abraham, John Abraham's brother." Hrithik is supposedly allergic to dust and while his home is getting readied, he will stay in Prime Beach. Another reason why the actor wants to shift during the house work is because his older son Hrehaan suffers from asthma. His sons — Hrehaan and Hridhaan — will be spending a lot of time with him in the coming year, so, the actor wants to ensure that they are most comfortable. Alan is aware of the requirements and is working on the plan accordingly". We spoke to Alan, who refused to comment.
