Hrithik and Kat feature in music video of song from Ganesh Hegde's new album
Ganesh Hegde has achieved nothing less than a casting coup for his new venture. The choreographer-singer has roped in Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif to shake a leg with him in the music video of his new song. The trio will dance to the tunes of an electro-techno track, `Let's Party...' from his soonto-be-released album by the same name. This is the first time that Hrithik and Kat have teamed up for any project after Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
“Hrithik and I have known each other ever since we worked together in Koi Mil Gaya (2010). Since I was thinking about a unique amalgamation, I asked him to dance with me for a song in the album,“ says Ganesh.
It took him around three years to work on the entire dance album, but he says, “I am very happy with the results.“
Interestingly, Hrithik didn't charge Ganesh any money for featuring in the video. “Well, I couldn't have afforded to pay him for the song, so I offered to pay his make-up man and other staff. But Hrithik refused, saying, `if I have agreed to do it, then I will take care of everything.' And on the shoot day, even though he was supposed to attend an important function, he stayed on and practiced till we got the perfect shot,“ says Ganesh.
After getting Hrithik on board, next on Ganesh's agenda was to look out for a sensual female dancer for the song. “And when I approached Kat for it, she was also happy to do it,“ he says, adding, “Big stars agree to work with me possibly because they know I am going to put my best in my work.“
In another song from the album, `Mind blowing...', Bipasha Basu and Priyanka Chopra have teamed up with Ganesh. “Priyanka and Bipasha come across as modern divas in this hiphop track,“ says Ganesh, who has also choreographed two songs from Shah Rukh Khan's RA.One including Akon's `Chammak challo...'.

Industry people swear by the fact that despite all his success and stardom, Hrithik Roshan is still a pretty down to earth fellow at heart, who goes out of his way to help friends.
A few days ago he gave his nod to make an appearance in a video for choreographer Ganesh Hegde's upcoming music album. Says a source: "Not only did he agree to appear in the video, but he also came much before the scheduled time to rehearse."
Hrithik had to attend a family function the same evening, but he decided not to break the steady flow of shooting, and continued rehearsing till 3 am, calling it a day only after he felt Ganesh was convinced with his performance. The song Lets party is a hard- core dance number and has been shot across various clubs in Mumbai.
