Becomes the third Indian to be invited after Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar

Hrithik Roshan has become the third Indian launched on Whosay.com, an invite only social media service for famous people.

Whosay.com is a special site that gives celebrities control over their presence on social media. Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar are the only other two Indian celebs on the website.

Hrithik's Whosay id is the same as as his Twitter id, ihrithik, and the actor is set to be online very soon.

Incidentally, Hrithik was invited to use this platform since he has one of the biggest fan followings across the world.

Apart from Hrithik and the other two Indian celebs, some of the other international celebrities who are actively using Whosay are Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey, Cristiano Ronaldo, Enrique Iglesias, Steve Martin, Kevin Spacey, John Cusack and Keith Urban.

Steve Ellis, the founder, says the company was formed “to give celebrities and other influential people a set of tools to allow them to manage and control their presence in the digital world and also give them ownership of their content.“

Operating in “stealth mode“ since last year, Whosay runs from the Los Angeles and New York offices of the Creative Artists Agency. Creative Artists and Amazon.com are among investors in the company.
